“An $18,000 profit.”?- Jeff Budkoski at facebook.com/clatl

“Jesus with an A-Town fitted hat and a Braves tomahawk.”?- Katrina LaShawn at facebook.com/clatl

“An adult jungle gym-style piece that people could interact with. Or something that moved with the wind.”?- Phab Missk at facebook.com/clatl

“I guess I would choose a giant 40 with stuff that looked like beer in it.”?- Rebecca, in Cabbagetown

It’s true, the Atlanta Beltline has a request for proposals up on its website for a “railroad artifact sculpture.” Submissions are open to anyone in the Southeast and the organization is willing to fork over up to $20,000 for the commission - that’s five times the amount of Art of the Atlanta Beltline’s most expensive project in 2012.
