VICTORIAN VALOR: A sneak peak at one of the many houses featured in the Tour of Homes.

Celebrating its 47th anniversary, the Inman Park Festival & Tour of Homes has something for everybody—three stages of live music, kids activities, a tour of homes, a street parade, an artist’s’ market, and more. The Tour of Homes is a self-guided tour of Victorian homes plus the newer remodeling jobs completed in Inman Park. The Arts & Crafts Market is a jury-selected group of more than 150 mixed media artists with mediums ranging from sculpture to photography. Want a real world market feel? The Street Market will feature more than 250 vendors, peddling anything from antiques to food. And if you’re looking for a little Atlanta altruism, stop by the Community Corner booths to find out about several non-profits across the state. Are you starting to get the idea that you can find anything and everything at this festival? Good, me too.

Of course the most important feature of any weekend, let alone a festival, is food—and this festival’s got plenty. From pizza to BBQ to gyro, local food vendors will be stationed throughout, and neighborhood restaurants are ready for business, too. The festival takes pride in ATL’s thriving performing arts community with the Inman Park Dance Festival, which features the Atlanta Ballet Centre Theatre, Ballethnic, Emory University Movement Studies Program, and more. Last but not least, Sandra Hall and the Shadows, Javon Womack, Squirrelheads, and Mia Green will perform live shows.

Free-$25. 11 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Sat., April 28. 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Sun., April 29. Inman Park. www.inmanparkfestival.org.

Tour of Homes runs on Saturday and Sunday from Noon-6 p.m.
