Inman Park Festival & Tour of Homes

Inman Park Festival & Tour of Homes is one of Atlanta's signature neighborhood festivals, combining live music, a street parade, an artists' market, family activities, and a ticketed Tour of Homes in one of the city's oldest and most scenic neighborhoods. Organized by the Inman Park Neighborhood Association, the festival began in the early 1970s as part of neighborhood revitalization efforts and has grown into a full weekend of spring events.

2026 Update

The 54th Inman Park Festival is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, April 25 and 26, 2026, with festival activities starting at 11 a.m. each day. The Tour of Homes is scheduled for Friday through Sunday, April 24-26, 2026, from noon-4 p.m. Tour of Homes tickets are listed at $35 in advance and $40 during festival weekend. Festival admission is free.

Festival weekend typically includes live music, a street parade, an artists' market, kids activities, and the Tour of Homes, along with neighborhood programming spread across Inman Park and nearby festival zones.
