STILL CYCO: Luicidal

As Suicidal Tendencies’ former rhythm section, bass player Louichi Mayorga and drummer R.J. Herrera have been blowing minds since the Reagan era, playing such West Coast hardcore classics as “Subliminal,” “Institutionalized,” and “Possessed To Skate.” Now performing under the name Luicidal, Mayorga and Herrera are together again, leading a lineup featuring guitarist Ricky Reynaga and singer Mando Ochoa, tearing through hits from S.T.’s first three albums as they were meant to be heard: Loud, pissed off, and at breakneck speed. While founding vocalist Mike Muir is touring with the official S.T., Mayorga and Herrera are still “Cyco cyco cyco cyco” after all these years. PLEDGE YOUR ALLEGIANCE!
