Oye Fest, Atlanta’s premier Latinx music and arts festival brings a day-long block party, market, and an evening of music in Heaven at the Masquerade Saturday, July 27.

The festival’s co-founders Randall Ruiz (Florista) and Margarita Rios stopped by CL's Short Notice studio to talk about creating a community in Georgia, and the line up for this year’s festival.

The free block party and artist market kicks off from 5 p.m. till 2 a.m. in Kenny’s Alley, and features performances by DJ EU, Nino Augustine + Friends, GH Pancho, Esme, DJ Meatball, Jamesjuan007, Mafioso, Brian Rojas, Xavier BLK, Elio Stereo, and Rob Sessions.

Inside, the Heaven stage features performances by Nina Sky, Tomasa Del Real, La Goony Chonga, Kibi James, Karina Es Mia, Felicita, Anonima, and Hourglass.
