The fire that severely damaged a Peachtree City Walmart on Wednesday evening was caused by an arsonist, authorities believe. Firefighters from four jurisdictions fought the blaze for hours, declaring it under control at 4 a.m. Part of the roof caved in and three rescue personnel suffered smoke inhalation, but no other injuries were reported.
