NEWS BRIEF: Lenox Square hosting ‘More Than Pink’ walk for breast cancer awareness

This year’s Susan G. Komen fundraiser in support of breast cancer patients, health equity and research is expected to draw 3,000 participants dressed in pink to Lenox Square. The event, on Saturday, Sep. 24 from 7-10 a.m, will feature opening ceremonies entertainment, a place for survivors and those with metastatic breast cancer to gather, mobile mammography screening, and a kids zone with face painting and crafts.
