But I-CE NY’s seasonal mango sticky rice varietal (available through June) stands apart from the pack. A play on the classic Thai dessert, the dish blends coconut milk ice cream with mango, frozen in a thin layer on a cold metal plate, then scraped into chubby rolls and stacked upright.
