Denver-based chef Jensen Cummings will host his touring Brewed Food lab, a special collaborative dinner featuring dishes made with ingredients from New Belgium Brewing with special guests Terry Koval of Wrecking Bar and Ryan Smith of Staplehouse. Brewed Food has inspired a growing movement of artistic experimentation and collaboration between chefs and brewers in cities all over the country. Atlanta diners interested in craft beer and creative cooking can attend this event to try a four-course menu including wort broth ochazuke, spent grain tempeh, tender belly pork char sui and wet-aged miso ribeye, each paired with New Belgium brews.
