In a time when horror films increasingly incorporate technology, Room for Rent is a found footage film told through social media. A young man, David Bagley, purchases his first home only to realize there’s something amiss in his new digs. Bagley, his sister, and his best friend set out to put the kibosh on their spooky suspicions.
