GloATL founder and choreographer Lauri Stallings and Atlanta Symphony Orchestra conductor Robert Spano have been cooking up collaborative magic since 2011. Now comes to fruition the completion of a two-year durational exhibit titled Cloth. The six-movement landscape of scenes features Stallings' melding choreography with medieval lunging, fencing, and modern-day sprinting movements while Spano conducts a score composed to the tune of similar inspirations. The conceptual exhibit will also include gestural drawings within an environment of sound and movement for scenes of still life and the hereafter, lit by 23 chandeliers and approximately 130 candles.
