Decatur's Victory Sandwich Bar and S.O.S. Tiki Bar host their seasonal fall luau. Guest chef Andrew Isabella (Beetlecat) in in charge of the grub: roasted whole hogs and Polynesian-inspired sides, and a surf band plays until late.
