Coalition Food and Beverage Pop-up at Variant Brewing

On Monday, March 12, RO Hospitality and Chef Woolery “Woody” Back invite all to gather at Roswell’s Variant Brewing Company for a pop up previewing bites from the highly anticipated Coalition Food and Beverage, due to open late spring. From 5–9 p.m., guests will have the opportunity to sample Coalition’s chef-driven American cuisine with $25 sample trays including St. Louis-style spare ribs, German-style pretzels, chicken-bacon sausage, onion rings and more. 

In addition to an exclusive menu sampling, the Coalition Food and Beverage Pop Up at Variant Brewing will also serve as the debut of RO Hospitality’s first-ever beer, RO HOPSpitality. All food tickets will be available for purchase at the door, with sample food trays costing $25, and beer will be sold a la carte.
