At 6:30 p.m., guests will enjoy an aperitif wine paired with hors d’ oeuvres with Executive Chef Zeb Stevenson as he shares his inspiration behind crafting a blend of cuisine and wine. He’ll kick off the evening with an exciting bottle sabering presentation! At 7 p.m., attendees will indulge in a special four-course dinner perfectly paired with a combination of wines from The Reinert Project. Guests will have the opportunity to order bottles of the wines served following the dinner.
