With Dacula Mayor Jimmy Wilbanks as the keynote speaker, the Gwinnett County Public Library hosts a citizenship naturalization ceremony at the Hamilton Mill location. Participants take the Oath of Allegiance and receive a Certificate of Naturalization as official proof of U.S. citizenship, with the opportunity to register to vote.
