From the venue:BLT Steak diners can now enjoy the Vines & Vintages tasting series, starting with Cakebread Cellars. Chef de Cuisine, Matt Ratcliffe will pair each wine with an exquisite three course feast. The first meal to the series will begin with charred spanish octopus, followed by oak smoked pork tenderloin.
