Join Cooks and Soldiers's Landon Thompson for a six-course cider dinner to celebrate the summer solstice and Basque culture. Cooks and Soldiers will host John Eisensmith of Durham's Six Plates and Foggy Ridge Cider founder Diane Flynt as the chefs alternate dishes and Flynt provides tasting notes and insight into cider-making. Seating is limited.
