Go Eat Give is hosting a Vietnamese dinner and cultural journey. Chateau Saigon will serve a family-style menu highlighting the French and Southeast Asian influences in Vietnamese cuisine. Dished served will include grilled pork rolls, egg rolls, papaya salad with shrimp and pork, pho, shaken beef, and more. There will also be two speakers: Boaky Vu, a refugee from Saigon who helped introduce pho to Atlanta, and Jenny Huynh, a Vietnamese American lawyer who backpacked through Vietnam. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Go Eat Give.
