Celebrating Southern wines and Southern Chefs Daniel Pernice (Osteria Mattone Sommelier), Woolery Back (Table & Main Chef de Cuisine), Juan Cortes (Restaurant Eugene Sommelier), and Brian Jones (Restaurant Eugene Chef de Cuisine) will prepare a six course meal paired with carefully selected wines. The night will begin with a prosecco reception followed by the coursed dinner.
