Get ready to kick up your heels for this fun demonstration of Arab folk dancing! Dabkeh, a form of folk dance commonly found in the Levant (Arab countries of the Eastern Mediterranean), is a line/circle dance often performed at weddings and other celebrations. The Alif Institute Dabkeh team will demonstrate this joyous activity, teach some basic steps, and encourage you to join them.
