Chef Mitch Brumels offers guests specials every day of the week through the end of August. This includes dishes, wine, and cocktails. Schedule is as follows. On Sunday a three course menu with crab-stuffed half lobster for $39. Monday and Tuesday guests dining in the Blu lounge get half off the bar menu. Half priced oysters on Wednesday. Champagne specials on Thursday with small bar plates. Finally, there will be live music at the piano bar on Fridays and Saturdays.At Ocean Prime
