Let your imagination run wild as you shop the stalls at the Freedom Farmers’ Market at the Carter Center. Laurie & Will Moore of Moore Farms will guide you through the market as you shop together, selecting what looks best that day. Then everyone returns to the kitchen to prepare lunch using the market finds (combined with a few of our pantry basics). The result will be a creative, spontaneous meal that will teach you how to approach and organize the brimming baskets you bring home from your weekly farmers’ market trip or receive in your CSA box.
