Layers of rhythm are gently introduced to the feet, hands, and voice, while participants find their edge in holding, departing, coming again, going away, and eventually, internalizing aspects of rhythm. Impact is profoundly meditative, and stabilizing. As rhythm becomes embodied, so too does a sense of well-being, and playfulness with complexity.
