On May 30, Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q is celebrating its home state in a big way. Jonathan and Justin Fox will host friend and Barbecue Editor for Texas Monthly magazine, Daniel Vaughn, to celebrate the launch of his new book, The Prophets of Smoked Meat. The evening will begin with a book signing at 6:30 p.m. followed by a short, eight-minute film presented by the Texas Foodways Alliance and a sit-down dinner at 7:30 p.m. For $75 per person, guests will enjoy a three-course meal, a copy of The Prophets of Smoked Meat (valued at $30), and bottomless libations.
