This year’s winner Pulitzer Prize in Fiction and Stanford Professor, Adam Johnson, will give a reading from his novel, The Orphan Master’s Son, which will be followed by a seminar on trauma narratives at Georgia Tech on September 19, 2013. The novel, set in North Korea, explores the depths of this totalitarian state in which being human is a citizen’s biggest challenge. The reading will take place in Clough Auditorium 152 from 11am-12pm. The seminar will be in the Hall Building 102 from 3-5pm. Reservations are required for the seminar only. Please contact jennifer.orth-veillon at lmc.gatech.edu. Book signing will follow.
