The Atlanta Chamber Players close the 2017-2018 Season at the Shakespeare Tavern Playhouse with an ambitious evening of octets featuring Stravinsky’s Octet for wind instruments and the Georgia premiere of Oliver Caplan’s Krummholz Variations. Julie Albers, Principal Cellist of the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, closes the evening with Rachmaninoff’s beautiful Sonata for cello and piano. Doors open at 6:15pm, so arrive early and enjoy dinner and drinks at your table before the concert begins.
