Atlas will kick off the Summer Winemaker Dinner Series on Tuesday, August 7th with Veuve Clicquot. Champagne lovers will revel in the luxurious five-course “Pop-Up in Paris” pairing dinner in the Library. With limited seating available, guests will be welcomed with a glass of Veuve Rich Rosé during an opening reception following by an evening exploring NV Rosé, 2006 La Grand Dame, Extra Brut Extra Old, 2008 Brut Rosé, and Demi Sec. Chef Grossman’s inspired seasonal pairing menu will also be crafted just for the occasion. The Paris winemaker’s dinner is $275 person excluding tax and gratuity.
