We will host the traditional Kagami Biraki opening ceremony on both evenings and encourage you to participate at any point during your dining experience. So what is Kagami Biraki? Traditional happi robes will be provided for photos to be taken and when you and your guests participate you will receive a courtesy taste of Kikusui sake.
