Join Ray’s at Killer Creek for a five-course, chef inspired Jordan Vineyard & Winery pairing dinner on Friday, April 9, from 7 to 9 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to indulge in special dishes prepared by chef Paul Martin, with Jordan wines paired perfectly to round out the experience. Menu highlights include lightly smoked scallops, smoked wagyu filet, crispy lamb shoulder ‘presse’ and more.
