Once again, Gulfport goes to the dogs, kitties, skunks and other feathered and furry love-bugs on Saturday, February 26, 2022, from 10 AM – 5 PM. We’re not kitten around! This paw-some event has helped hound-reds of homeless animals find their ulti-mutt fur-ever homes for 18 years. The Animal Rescue Festival & Fun-raiser hosts up to 50 animal rescue groups, pet friendly vendors featuring animal related products, crafts, artwork and other curious treats. Additional activities include pet care education, pet food and supplies drive, animal training demos, the Florida Weiner Dog Derby, Fun-raising raffles, local shops, restaurants and more. Bring the whole pack! We look fur-ward to seeing you in Downtown Gulfport to participate in one of our area’s most beloved traditions. All leashed people and well-behaved pets are welcome. There is no admission fee to attend and plenty of convenient complimentary parking will be available throughout the area.
