Celebrate International Lesbian Visibility Day with these extraordinary women in country music. The extraordinary documentary “Invisible: Gay Women in Southern Music” explores a group of gay women songwriters who have successfully navigated the male dominated country music genre and have written number one hits for some of country music’s greatest stars. Among the featured artists are Bonnie Baker, Cindy Bullens, Ruthie Foster, Jess Leary and Chely Wright. “Invisible” also features appearances by the likes of Linda Ronstadt, Emmylou Harris and Pam Tillis.
After the 7 pm EST online screening of the film on April 26, join a special livestream Q and A with the director T.J. Parsell and subjects from the film including Dianne Davidson and Bonnie Baker, moderated by iconic Atlanta radio personality Melissa Carter, at apprximately 8:45 pm EST
