Amethyst Baroque Ensemble performs as part of St. Luke’s Lunchtime Live! concert series. Adrin Akins (countertenor), Jody Miller (recorder), Marcy Jean Brenner (viola da gamba), and Alexandra Dunbar (harpsichord and organ) celebrate Advent through music that dates as far back as the 16th century. Advent music, which is as much a part of the season as Christmas music, will be augmented with iconic Baroque repertoire.
