Celebrate Distillery of Modern Art’s New Spring Exhibition

In collaboration with local artists, both young and old, new and experienced, Distillery of Modern Art is celebrating its newest exhibit in The Watson Gallery featuring the work of artists Yuli Anun and Rupal Mamtani. On Thursday, April 27th at 7 p.m., Anun will lead guests in a transformative sound journey. With a mission “to tell the story unheard,” participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye pillow for this deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience centered on nurturing the mind body and soul. Tickets are $16 and include a cocktail after the event. Art lovers will have the opportunity to meet Anun and Mamtani during special artist receptions on Friday, April 28th and Saturday, April 29th from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Both artists will have extra pieces available and will take guests through the exhibition while discussing their backgrounds, inspiration for their current collections and more.
