Who’s ready to have to have a shucking good time? National Oyster Day is Saturday, August 5th, and ENZO is celebrating accordingly. The Town at Trilith restaurant is breaking out the bubbly for a champagne and oyster-infused celebration on the patio from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Seafood lovers can indulge in $2 fresh raw, baked, and fried oysters, paired with champagne specials all afternoon. Better yet, the day will mark the launch of Executive Chef Andrea Montobbio’s perfectly crafted crolatos. Resembling an even tastier ice cream sandwich, crolatos are a creamy and delicious gelato-filled croissant.
