Bent Frequency presents “Contacts”
From the venue:
Join us for an extraordinary evening of music as Bent Frequency presents “Contacts” on September 25 at 7 p.m. in Kopleff Recital Hall. Prepare to be transported through time and sound as we revisit Karlheinz Stockhausen’s groundbreaking 1959-60 composition, “Kontakte” (Contacts), blending piano, percussion, and pioneering 4-channel electronic sounds that were ahead of their time.
Furthermore, we’re excited to present the world premiere of works by two contemporary composers, Dante Da Silva and Robert Lemay, pushing the boundaries of musical innovation. To enhance your auditory journey, we’ll also showcase captivating compositions by the talented Marti Epstein.
