Prepare for a chef-inspired 3-course pre-fixe dining experience at Brassica this Christmas Eve. Begin the decadent meal with Lobster Bisque, Duck Confit Cocotte or Heirloom Tomato and Eggplant Terrine before feasting on main courses like Oven-Roasted Herb-Crusted Prime Rib, Seared Halibut with Forbidden Rice or Butternut Squash Ravioli. For a delicious, festive dinner finale, guests can choose between a Chocolate Buttercream Yule Log or a Pistachio and Raspberry Macaron Tree while anticipating the most magical day of the year.
Two seatings are available at 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
