Welcome Winter in this deep movement of sound, stillness and spaciousness.
Join Shana Nunnelly and Roxanne Lowery in an intentional engagement with the Winter Solstice.
Come prepared for deep journeying during this 90-minute sound immersion, featuring the strongly moving resonance of bowls, gongs, and ambient sound instruments.
This is an in-person session only; we continue to focus on our care protocols for these sessions.
Bring yoga mats, pillows, blankets, cushions, or “nest” materials if you would like to lie down during the experience. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and prepare.
