Wednesday, January 17, join Cooks & Soldiers for the fourth installment of their San Pellegrino dinner series traveling across Spain’s culinary regions — this one highlighting Getaria, a coastal town in Spain’s Basque country.
Specials will include: galician paella featuring prawns, clams & chorizo; rodaballo (a wood-grilled galician turbot) served with crispy garlic; tarta de santiago (a marcona almond tart) served with amontillado sherry gelato — plus, picon punch made with Amaricano Bianco, grenadine, brandy & soda.
