Discover just how simple it is to make pasta dough, then roll and cut your own fettuccine noodles at home under the guidance of a professional chef in this one-of-a-kind cooking class! Chef Chris is well-trained in Italian cooking techniques, and is ready to share his expert knowledge with you.
You’ll begin by learning how to make pasta dough from scratch, then roll it to perfection and cut your own fettuccine noodles. Next, Chef Chris will teach you how to make your choice of homemade sauces: a basil and hazelnut pesto or spicy cherry tomato sauce.
