Monica Lisa Stevenson is a powerhouse vocalist known for her ability to capture the essence of traditional gospel music. With three Stellar Award nominations and two Atlanta Gospel Choice Awards under her belt, she’s made her mark on the industry. She’s appeared on BET’s Bobby Jones Gospel and in Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Big Happy Family. Monica has also showcased her talent in the “Genius Aretha” docuseries and regional stage plays. Her album, KAINOS, reached impressive positions on the Billboard charts, featuring the hit single “Testimony.” Recently, her single “I’m Not Ashamed” topped the BDS Gospel Music Airplay charts. Beyond her music career, Monica is a dedicated mother of five and wife to Derrick Stevenson, who also serves as her musical director and producer. She continues to inspire audiences with her dynamic artistry and philanthropic endeavors.
