From the venue:
Well, I Ate was Renee’s mom’s answer to her when she asked for food. Renee was so malnourished that she had to get a pediatrician’s note so she could attend school.
Despite a hungry start and hungry seasons, she is fed miraculously. In Atlanta street interviews, neighbors have shared their “Most Memorable Meal” stories with Renee. Hunter, a tattoo artist, Hunter, recalls, in a kitchen interview with Renee, “Ate some sushi with these people who made fun of me later on.”
Audiences are invited to marinate upon the following questions. Have you ever dined with an enemy? What happened?
This show will be presented June 6th at 7PM E.S.T, June 8th at 2:30PM and 8:30PM EST, and June 9th at 4PM EST at The Marianna at The Wrecking Bar Brewpub. $15 tickets (card only) are available on AtlantaFringe.org starting May 2024.
