Coming off a successful Truist Night Market last Thursday, The Home Depot Backyard continues its celebration of the spirit of Juneteenth with two days of free community programming, highlighting The Home Depot Backyard’s three pillars (Health & Wellness, Arts & Culture, and Inspired Learning), on June 17 and 18 from 6-8:15 p.m. Activations will include as many as 12 programs featuring a celebrity chef and fitness experts, former NFL star Ray Buchanan, and more.
The schedule for Tuesday, June 18 includes:
- ‘Cook Like a Rockstar’ Cooking Experience with chef Justin Robinson aka ‘The Rockstar Chef’ (Inspired Learning) 6-8pm
- BYOB Paint and Sip Class with Sway Art (Arts & Culture) 6-8pm
- A Joint Fitness Collaboration featuring Trap Boxing and 360 LIIT with Mike Starr and Dashaun Johnson aka ‘The Guru of Abs’ (Health & Wellness) 7:15-8:15pm
