Theatre Arts Guild Performance: TWO ACTS OF MURDER
Please check the venue or ticket sales site for the current pricing.
From the venue:
Theatre Arts Guild presents Two Acts of Murder: An evening of murder, mystery, and mayhem where even the audience is a suspect. On the program are two one act plays: The Real Inspector Hound by Tom Stoppard and Sillytime Square by Aaron Gotlieb.
The Real Inspector Hound is a ludicrous setup of a country house murder mystery in the style of a whodunit. Two theatre critics, Moon and Birdboot, are swept up in this play-within-a-play causing a series of events that parallel the play they are watching.
Sillytime Square is a popular children’s TV show featuring a live, studio audience, puppet actors and a human actor as host. The cast is flung into solving a murder mystery live, on air, before the kids figure out something is horribly, terribly wrong. *Please note that, although this is a puppet show, it is not appropriate for children under the age of 13.
Performances are October 25-26 and November 1-3; Friday and Saturdays at 7:30pm; and Sundays at 3pm.
