“THE BURDEN OF BEING GOOD” written and performed by DOMINIQUE GRAY

Dominique Gray is a recent graduate of the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts in DC, from which he excelled. Dominique is a true renaissance man:   Actor, writer, performer, served in the military, achieved at academics. Originally from the south, he now lives in West Virginia, and is very excited to premiere a segment of his new one man show here at In My Shoes for an Atlanta audience.

MAIN EVENT

“LOUISE” written and performed by CHARLY FORD

CHARLY is a resident of Atlanta and the president of CHARLY FORD ENTERTAINS LLC. She is an international improv instructor, confidence performance coach, and professional Event Host. She is the creator and executive producer of You’s A Fool improv variety comedy show based in Atlanta. She is also a play activist with The Global Play Brigade, established as an original Founding member. Hosting and leading play workshops in over 300 countries since the pandemic in 2020.

Her acclaimed one person show shares her journey of being a very creative child & troubled teenager & a successful entrepreneur. Her story sheds light on overcoming childhood trauma, surviving domestic abuse, regaining her self confidence, re-establishing her foundational faith, and persevering toward her dreams.
