Cover croping and overwintering is essential to a healthy garden! Join Food Well Alliance and the Atlanta Botanical Garden for an educational workshop on techniques to perserve and improve garden soil health through the colder months. In this special Plant. Eat. Repeat. Workshop, our friends at the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network will also be there to share about healthy eating for cancer prevention, and we’ll wrap with a cooking demo featuring healthy fall cuisine!

Getting to the Garden:

The Stone Mountain Community Garden is located in the city’s VFW Park, behind the post office. There’s a large parking lot and the garden is easily visible once you’re there. Restrooms are not available at the garden but there are a few options a short drive away.
