The mischievous Grinch returns to The Green at Phipps Plaza on Saturday, Dec. 7 from noon-3 p.m., bringing entertainment to all ages – even your pets. Snap selfies and pet pictures with the iconic Dr. Seuss character and stop by Citizens Market Food Hall for a delicious lunch and holiday-inspired drink.
