Join the Georgia Center for the Book, DeKalb County Public Library, Conversations at First Baptist, and Little Shop of Stories for some wintry fun as we welcome acclaimed, #1 New York Times bestselling author and illustrator of holiday classics like The Mitten, The Nutcracker, and The Snowy Nap, Jan Brett! She’ll be here to celebrate her new cozy winter picture book Alice in a Winter Wonderland! Set in the shimmering Alaskan tundra, Alice in a Winter Wonderland offers a fresh lens to a familiar favorite. Jan will do a 20-minute live drawing illustration and presentation, followed by a book signing! Customers must have purchased a copy of Alice in a Winter Wonderland from Little Shop of Stories to join the signing line. Preorder the book here. Please let us know in the comments section of your order that you plan to pick up your book at the event. There will be copies available for purchase at the venue as well. This event is free and open to the public, but since seating at the venue is limited, please let us know you are coming by registering on this page (which is separate from preordering a book, if you wish to do so).
