Nikko Yamada Quartet live at Eddie's Attic!
Nikko Yamada is the drummer of the internationally touring rock band ’68, but his love of music extends far beyond rock. A devoted student of all styles, his greatest passion is jazz.
For this new venture, he has joined forces with Atlanta jazz musicians Leonard Julien (saxophone), Tavius Elder (guitar), and Neal Wauchope (keyboard) to form the Nikko Yamada Quartet. Together, they improvise in the great American jazz tradition. Swing and funk prevail, but no two performances are ever the same.
