You've asked and we've listened! SO MANY of y'all have asked for us to help you find a date so we have again engaged the services of Atlanta's premiere queer + trans community matchmaker, Ashley of Ever After, to HOOK Y'ALL UP!
Our first Queer Singles mixer sold out quickly to folks under 40. So this is a queer singles mixer exclusively for folks aged 40+ to mingle, swap books, and spark connections! We really love to see people of all ages and stages find love at Charis!

Frequently Asked Questions:
I'm a straight, cis, person can I attend?
If you want to be a wing-person for your queer or trans BFF, sure, but in a world built for heteronormative romance, we're centering queer and trans folks this night.
I'm worried I am not queer or trans enough or that I will otherwise be judged for my desires.
It can be scary to enter a room of folks that you have never met, especially if you are exploring newer parts of yourself, but if you think you might be queer or trans and want to explore that, you are welcome here and no one will be checking your queer card at the door, we promise.
I'm worried I will be disappointed because I won't find anyone I like.
You might be. But our hope is even if we don't find you a love match or a hot date, you might make a new book buddy to ride out the revolution with or at least learn about some new books you have never read before. Besides, it's free. What do you have to lose?
