Kentucky Gentlemen, Eddie’s Attic — “Not your average country artists” is the heading that greets you on The Kentucky Gentlemen’s web page. That’s for sure. There aren’t any other Black twin brothers singing country, Americana and blues with a bit of hip-hop and R&B, but Brandon and Derek Campbell are more than just an anomaly. These guys, born and raised in Versailles, KY, sing and write material that’s touching and heartfelt as they blaze through a genre that has not always been welcoming to people of color. They will preview songs from their recently released debut Rhinestone Revolution featuring the hit “Whiskey Does.” — Hal Horowitz
